PLAN COMMISSION

Pursuant to the requirements of Section 19.84, Wis. Stats., notice is hereby given of a hearing of the Town of Clyman Plan Commission. This hearing will be held on Monday, April 13, 2009, at 7:00 PM at the Clyman Town Hall, 735 Main Street, Clyman, Wisconsin.

The purpose of this hearing will be to consider the following:

A rezoning petition for Richard Cramer, W4362 County Road M, Juneau, Wisconsin, to split a one (1) to three (3) acre lot from existing agricultural land owned in the Town of Clyman for the purpose of creating a residential lot at W4398 County Road M, Juneau, Wisconsin, tax parcel ID #012-1015-1014-000 in the NE1/4 of Section 10.
