The purpose listed is to move the common lot line 100 Feet to the West.

Pursuant to the requirements of Section 19.84, Wis. Stats., notice is hereby given of a hearing of the Town of Clyman Plan Commission. This hearing will be held on April 4, 2013 at 7:00 PM at the Clyman Town Hall, 735 Main Street, Clyman, Wisconsin.
The purpose of this hearing will be to consider the following:

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on the above date and time for the purpose that follows:

Discussion and Possible Action in regard to land split request from Joseph/Judith Hasslinger also so known as Tax ID #012-1015-3043-000 located at SW ¼, SE ¼ Sec 30, N2928 Welsh Road, located in the Town of Clyman, Dodge County, Wisconsin.

The purpose of this public hearing is for the above mentioned to split off approximately 3 acres of agriculture land for a residential purpose. All interested parties are welcomed to attend.
