Pursuant to the requirements of Section 19.84, Wis. Stats., notice is hereby given of a hearing of the Town of Clyman Plan Commission. This hearing will be held on Monday, June 12, 2017 at 7:00 PM at the Clyman Town Hall, 735 Main Street, Clyman, Wisconsin.
The purpose of this hearing will be to consider the following:
Discussion and possible action regarding Conditional Use permit for Migrant Housing
Owned by Seneca Foods, located as PT of SW ¼ SW ¼, SE ¼ SW ¼, S ½ of NE ¼ SW ¼,
S ½ of NW ¼ SE ¼ & PT of SW ¼ SE ¼ SEC 27 DESC AS PARC A IN DOC# 1209420,

The TOWN OF CLYMAN, DODGE COUNTY is accepting sealed bids for the resurfacing of Elm Shade from Highway 60 to Sun Road. to Bluff Road.

Two different bids will be entertained separately and a decision will be made at the
June 12, 2017 Town Board Meeting to determine the type of resurfacing to be completed.

Bid #1 Work to be provided will consist of resurfacing with cold mix paving and wedging with Double Seal.
Bid #2 Work to be provided will consist of Wedging and Double Seal.
Bids due by 5:00 pm June 12, 2017 in the clerk’s office.

Bids will be opened on June 12, 2017 at the Town Meeting at 735 Main St, Clyman WI.
